When are you planning to arrive for the event? Please be as specific as possible on the time and day you plan to arrive. If you are flying in, please let us know when your flight arrives as we will be making arrangements to provide transportation from the airport to the cottages. If you are planning to arrive a day early we will also need to know so we can make housing arrangements for you. If you are a local guest and will not be staying in the cottages, please let us know.

The $200 Registration
Fee will cover the following:
- Housing
- All breakfast meals
- Friday night cookout meal
- Biltmore Tour
- Sunday night snacks
- Monday Lunch meal between services
You will need to pay for the following:
- Saturday night dinner
- Sunday lunch at Biltmore Estates
